Bobby Singh has been running BSA Training since May 2011. BSA aims to “Make Good Organisations and Good People, Great” and specialises in the assessment, development and accreditation of people and businesses helping them to understand ‘where they are’, ‘where do they want to be’ and work with them to ‘get them there’. BSA’s key services include:

Bobby leads an experienced team of 15 Associate Trainers, Consultants, Coaches, Occupational Psychologists, HR Professionals and Business Topic Specialists.
Prior to running to his own business, Bobby previously worked for QED Consulting as Head of People and Organisation Development, ICE Partnership as Senior Consultant, Doncaster Council as a Business Analyst and Cheshire County Council as a Research Analyst.
Bobby works with a range of organisations from the earliest stages of start-ups to established businesses; public, private and voluntary sectors; all across the UK.
Bobby is a passionate advocate and supporter of Graduate Assessment, Selection and Development. He has developed and successfully delivered a programme called the Graduate Accelerator Programme (For more information www.graduateacceleratorprogramme.co.uk). This is a unique programme that aims to help unemployed graduates in South Yorkshire to make the transition from University to full time employment. Over the course of the programme, Bobby and his team mentor the graduates providing the key knowledge, skills and attitudes in a range of key employability skills (team working, communication, customer service, time management, problem solving, presentation skills, commercial awareness and social media).
Bobby has been involved in Business Support for a number of years, supporting Business Support Professionals. He recently trained 500 consultants, trainers and advisers to become mentors and coaches.
He also works with businesses and budding entrepreneurs directly. Bobby has delivered business start-up training for HRH Prince Charles’ charity Prime (Supporting the over 50s in business), Chambers of Commerce, Business Units of Local Authorities. He has interesting ran start up programmes for Probation Services and Prisons.
Bobby has recently designed and delivered a 3 day Leadership and Management Programme to a number of Senior Executives and Business Owners. It aimed to them to manage themselves, manage people and manage key tasks. Bobby regularly speaks at events sharing his expertise. He recently spoke at National Association of Student Money Advisers Conference, Doncaster Chamber’s “Hour well spent”, Creative Sheffield HR Forum, The Prince’s Initiative for Mature Enterprise, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Junior Chamber International (A membership organisation responsible for the development of leaders of the future).
